The reason for this error is that your computer are saving the pages in the Cache. You need to set your browser to download the page at each visit on the site (always). Do it like this:
IE:
Click the TOOLS tab from the menu bar.
Select INTERNET OPTIONS to bring up the screen.
Click GENERAL tab and select TEMP INTERNET FILES SETTINGS.
AOL:
Click Settings.
Click Preferences.
Click Internet Properties (www).
On the box that pops up click the center box.
